An admonition on the importance of being well-grounded in 'Aqeedah. A vital weapon in one's artillery to repel Ahlul-Bidah wa Ahwaa.
Review:
An admonition on the importance of being well-grounded in 'Aqeedah. A vital weapon in one's artillery to repel Ahlul-Bidah wa Ahwaa. The Shaykh emphasizes the utmost importance of the Muslims being firm in their 'Aqeedah so they can be free from the mystical speech and doubts cast by the callers to Innovation. He states 'A person will not be confused if he is firm upon his 'Aqeedah, when the people of desires come to that person, he is not affected by their doubts'. The Benefit of seeking knowledge so you may return as 'messengers to your people'. The shaykh goes on to speak of knowing the refutations of Ahlul-Bid'ah, their callers and their da'wah, he says, 'The importance of knowing the refutations, the importance of knowing the doubts cast by the people of innovation'. A medicine ball in the throat of the pioneers of muwaazinaat who would prefer to cast refutations aside, raise the shabaab amongst them to 'Ulaama and tullaabul-'Ilm and focus on taking the good and leaving the evil from ahlul-ahwaa.
Part 2 contains questions and answers on the given topic. From them, the question was posed; shouldn't one leave of the refutations, for they harden the heart and bring about no benefit? The Shaykh answered 'this is from the zanadiqaah' 'They (the heretics) say this is because the rudood (refutations) will burn them'. He stated 'this is a statement of the people of heresy'. The Shaykh went on the state 'Imaam Ahmad mentioned that refuting the people of Bid'ah is better than fasting'. 'The people who make the rudood are the one's who fear Allaah the most'. This clarification from the Shaykh and Muhaddith from Madeenah is a thunderbolt in the chest of Ahlul-Bid'ah and their inharmonious melody of muwaazinaat.
