 A reply to the Qutbee lie that Safar and Salmaan do not possess the characteristics of the Khawaarij. Indeed, Imaam al-Albaanee declared Safar and his ilk ‘Khaarijiyyatul-’Asriyyah.’
O my brother, if you reviled me with every possible term of deficiency - your declaration of my deficiency would not reach the level of deficiency I have in my own eyes..
The following is another decisive article (in a series) against the Suroorees who claim that the major scholars are with them and that the major scholars are in support of their methodology. The Suroorees claim that they are not like the Khawaarij in any way... the following is what Shaykh Al-Albaanee, the Muhaddith and Imaam of this generation says about one of the individuals whom this movement refer to, known as Safar al-Hawaalee:
SUROOREE LIES UPON SHAYKH AL-ALBAANEE
Asked about the Book of Irjaa authored by Safar al-Hawaali, the Shaikh Muhammed Naasirud-Deen Al-Albaanee said:
"Kitaabul-Irjaa [Safar al-Hawaalee's book]? Yes I have seen it. When I was in the Jaami'ah in Medinah approximately 30 years ago, there occurred [some words] from me - and I was asked in a gathering about my opinion concerning Jamaa'at ut-Tableegh. I said on that day [about them] 'The Soofiyyah of the Era' (Soofiyyah Asriyyah). And there is no danger if I say in relation to this Jamaa'ah - those who have emerged at the present times and who have OPPOSED the Salaf - I say here in conformity with the words of al-Haafidh adh-Dhahabee that they have OPPOSED the Salaf in much of their manaahij (issues of methodology) therefore it is acceptable and obvious to me that I name them: The Khawaarij of the Era (Khaarijiyyat ul-Asriyyah)." And if anyone wishes to contend with these articles, then their contention is not with us but rather with the major scholars... So throwing abuse at the brothers from Salafi Publications like Abu Talha Daawood Burbank (who is the main translator) and Abu Iyyaad Amjad Rafiq (another translator) and Abu Khadeejah Abdul-Waahid will not benefit anyone. Rather what we bring is from the Book and the Sunnah and the great Imaams of the Salafi dawah And when Hamdoon ibn Ahmed Abu Saalih was spoken to in an ignorant manner, he remained silent and then said: "O my brother, if you reviled me with every possible term of deficiency - your declaration of my deficiency would not reach the level of deficiency I have in my own eyes"
