Shaykh Saalih Al-Fawzaan, a member of The Permanent Committee Of Scholars, Saudi Arabia, was asked:
Answer: Firstly, they should be advised. If they accept this advice and cease these activities then all praise is due to Allah. If they do not accept this (advice) then in order to prevent them from harming the Muslims and the Muslim children, those in charge should be informed (of their behaviour) so that they can seize them. This person sends the Muslim children to battlegrounds and to destruction for no purposeful reason and he sits here. It is amazing that some of them deliver sermons where they get over emotional, and they encourage and send the Muslim children whilst they themselves sit in their houses, eating and drinking.
