Benefit: Shaʿbān Is the Month of the Reciters

In the Name of Allāh, the Ever Merciful, the Bestower of Mercy

Shaykh ʿAbd al-Razzāq al-ʿAbbād (حفظه الله) tweeted the following on 8th May, 2016: “Make a habit of reciting the Qurʾān and pondering upon it in Shaʿbān, for the soul is upon that which it has contracted habitually. The salaf used to say when the month of Shaʿbān entered: ‘This is the month of the reciters.’”
