In the Name of Allāh, the Ever Merciful, the Bestower of Mercy
Our beloved brother Dāwūd Adīb, whilst discussing the importance of having one's tongue moist with the dhikr of Allāh before death over takes you, mentions two poignant stories. The first of the two; an American that lived a life of crime, but in his last muʿmīnts of his life, devoted himself to Allāh sincerly, and made his final words the shahādah. The second is a story of a group of friends who's final muʿmīnts were spent in the remembers of other than Allāh, rather in the dhikr of music.
We ask Allāh to make our ends one that is pleasing to Him.
