  Abū ʿUways ʿAbdullāh Aḥmad ʿAlī

A lecture series by our beloved brother Abū ʿUways (raḥimahullāh). Shaykh al-Islām Ibn Taymīyyah stated there were 3 types of innovations that emerged in the last days of the Tābiʿīn. These 3 types of innovations were: opinion, scholasticism (kalām), and Ṣūfism. Ṣūfīs came up with superstitions, false ideologies and creeds in contradiction with what the Messenger of Allāh (may Allāh raise his rank and grant him peace) came with. They spread their madness with great strength.

The Ḥadīth on Najd

   

Many of the lying Ṣūfīs have utilized the aḥādīth pertaining to Najd as an evidence against the daʿwah of Shaykh al-Islām Muḥammad ibn ʿAbd al-Wahhāb (d. AH 1206) – raḥimahullāh. And they use it to this day to fight Ahl al-Sunnah. However, if they only knew that this ḥadīth is in fact an evidence against them, not an evidence in their favour.
