Shaykh Ṣāliḥ al-Fawzān

Institutional learning does not qualify Muslims to provide Islamic knowledge. Muslims who are knowledgeable in fiqh are few, despite stellar Qurʾān recitation. The most revered scholars remain in the past, but Muslims should look to the most knowledgeable amongst us for guidance in the Religion.
