The Claims: “Don’t Warn Before Advising” and “Mentioning Names Is Wrong”

A clarification regarding the claim that it is not allowed to warn against a person who has opposed the Sunnah unless one had advised that person in private beforehand and that it is not permissible to mention that person by name.
