A Study of the Ḥadīth, ‘May Allāh Brighten the Man’
Al-ʿAllāmah ʿAbd al-Muḥsin al-ʿAbbād
A detailed explanation of the Ḥadīth of the Messenger of Allāh (ṣallallāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam) descriibng those who protect and preserve the Sunnah. The detailed narration and study come from the noble muḥaddith of al-Madīnah, al-ʿAllāmah ʿAbd al-Muḥsin al-ʿAbbād.
May Allāh brighten the man who heard a ḥadīth from us, memorized it and then conveys it just as he heard it, for perhaps the one who carries fiqh is not a faqīh (one who understands), and perhaps he passes it on with the fiqh to one who is better than him in understanding.
