In some of the local masājid, they’ll teach from the books of the salaf, for example, Ṣifah Ṣalāt al-NabĪ, they will praise Shaykh al-Albani, however, they also praise and host figureheads of the various Muslim Brotherhood inspired organisations. Is it correct to suggest these masājid are “closer to the Sunnah”? How do we judge things like this being new to the Sunnah.
