Reflections on TROID: Two Decades Later

Our esteemed brother, Ustādh Abū al-Ḥasan Mālik al-Akhdar, reflects on visiting TROID for the first time in over fifteen years. He speaks vividly about the early days of TROID and the daʿwah in Canada. He mentions the struggles to establish the current Islamic Centre and Masjid al-Furqān, from the early days of congregating in a small office, cramming a dozen or so brothers on the floor, leaning forward, lending their ears towards computer speakers broadcasting telelinks on Paltalk.
