Questions on the Masājid: Women Seeing the Lines of the Ṣalāt and Making the Adhān Outside

The muʾadhin will have the longest neck on Yawm al-Qiyyamah (The Day of Judgement), and the trees and rocks supplicate and bear witness on the day of reckoning for the caller to prayer.
[Q1]: In our masjid in Toronto, at the time of ṣalāt, the sisters move from their area to the brother’s area of the muṣallá. They do this in order to see the rows of men. We understand that some of the ‘ulamāʾ are of this opinion. However, they still place barriers between themselves and us (dividers), what is the correct position in this affair?
[Q2]: We live in a Non-Muslim country (Canada). However, in wishing to cling to the authentic sunnah, we make the aẓan outside, loud and clear. The kuffār have not complained and we have no problems. However, the question arises, ‘Is this necessary since the people are non-Muslims and won’t respond?’ Should we continue to make the aẓan outside?
