The Importance of Educating Your Child
The prophet (ﷺ) encouraged us to save ourselves and our families from the fire. Attaining this goal is paramount for every parent, male of female, educating our youth with beneficial knowledge. Learning and understanding the principles of our religion are key towards protecting and cultivating the natural inclination (fitrah) of our young ones, raising them upon taqwá (piety).
Questions:
How should we educate our children when there are no Salafī schools? What if there are only government schools?
Can we send our children to secular schools?

Who is al-ʿAllāmah Muḥammad Ibn ʿAbd al-Wahhab al-Banná́?
The Noble Scholar is originally from Egypt, though he resides and has resided in the Kingdom of Saudi al-ʿArabīa for many years. The Shaykh learnt mainly under Imām ʿAbd al-Razzāq ʿAfīfī al-Salafī (raḥimahullāh). He was appointed by Imām Ibn Bāz as one of the first lecturers in the institute of knowledge in Rīyaḍ. Turn Away from the Foolish!
A piece of advice to my noble brothers and sisters – may Allāh have mercy upon us and you.
Let us benefit from the remaining days, minutes, and seconds of this blessed month, as it may be our last. Do not allow the comical Twitter rants and barks of the foolish to consume your time, especially in this month (Ramaḍān).

Attaining Taqwá Leads to Sound Manhaj
Beneficial words of advice from Shaykh Aḥmad al-Subayʿī on the how the believer should strive to have taqwá through performing the wājibāt, being patient through trials and afflictions, and staying away from sins and transgression. Through these affairs and the increase in performing righteous actions, one is able to attain taqwā which will in turn cause an individual to fear Allāh in regards to staying away from doubts, desires and innovations, eventually leading to the soundness of one’s manhaj.
